Our aspiration is to extend the reach of this project to the global Yogi community.
So, we hope collaborating with social organizations to arrange community health programs
The “Yogi’s Hands” project employs Yoga therapy to aid individuals, especially those with low incomes in Vietnam, in alleviating pain and fatigue. My goal is to assist 10.000 people within a span of 2 next years.
In 2023 we were joining a program to assist 2000 Low-income people with health problems. We were helping them to overcome the pain by exercising and changing their habits of walking, standing, sitting, and lying. They have been more aware of the importance of movement in daily life.

WHAT CAN WE DO AS YOGIS?
Spread Yoga Therapy to everyone and in every place.
Provide yoga therapy instruction in your local.
Assist disadvantaged and low-income people to have the opportunity to practice Yoga. They will gradually change their living habits and improve their physical, mental and spiritual health.
Join community health volunteer organizations.
Community health organizations often arrange trips to the areas with difficult conditions. Free health check up and medicines are given to people. Including the area for musculoskeletal system treatment which Yoga Therapy can assist efficiently.
Assist anyone who is having a hard time
Spread Yoga to them as you can. Yoga probably is a spiritual resource that helps them overcome their current challenges.
